The following menus are designed to assist you in planning your upcoming event. They are suggestions. We will be very happy to work with you to tailor a menu to reflect your individual culinary preferences.

General Guidelines

• Menus and estimated counts need to be decided upon one week in advance of your function.

• Final count is required seventy-two (72) hours in advance. This is the minimum guarantee for which you are responsible.

• Functions with more than one entrée are required to supply us with a breakdown of selections seventy-two (72) hours in advance.

• 

  Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought in from any other source.
